Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements šAct as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle šConduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams šCoordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights šTrack and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments šSupport ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation
Requirements:
šSolid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirements šExperience working with contracts, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) šStrong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail šAbility to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data) šProactive, client-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach šExperience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plus šEnglish fluency is required
