šManaging Applicants: Ensure that applicants for all roles are reviewed and appropriately dispositioned weekly šSourcing: You must be able to find and contact top-tier candidates šCandidate Management: Provide a great candidate experience throughout our interview process šRecruiter Interviews: Conduct video interviews with candidates and confidently assess their skills and qualifications especially around their technical skills and aptitude
Requirements
šExperience: 1-2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for engineering roles at web3 or FinTech projects. These could include, but are not limited to, Frontend and Backend Engineers, šData Engineers, and QA Engineers. Ideally, candidates will have experience hiring for teams building interactive, high throughput, realtime, low latency decentralized trading products. šWeb3: Ideally, you will have previous recruiting experience at a web3/crypto project hiring for technical roles šCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively over Telegram, Slack, and over video meetings šOrganized: You must be able to keep yourself organized and focused in an asynchronous, startup environment
