Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šProduct Knowledge & Support šDevelop foundational knowledge of NCR Atleosā software products and services. šProvide first-line support for common product issues and configurations. šInvestigate and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior team members. šUnderstand and explain basic product functionalities and features.
Technical Qualifications
šProficiency in Web Applications (Java), Tomcat, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) šStrong understanding of relational databases and data structures šAbility to write and troubleshoot SQL queries šExperience with Microsoft Windows operating systems šFamiliarity with Linux OS and basic command-line operations šUnderstanding of client/server architecture and networking protocols šBasic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure šExposure to audio/video technologies and solutions šExperience or familiarity with ATM/ITM systems is a plus
