Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTranslate partnersā analysis into business recommendations for Omni directors šDrive execution of business operations and regulatory initiatives šSource and manage partnerships šSupport key operational functions (HR, finance, payments) šBecome a key person in the implementation, performance and documentation of internal controls.
The candidate must be:
šAnalytical thinker: be able to evaluate opportunities from a pragmatic and numbers driven perspective. šHighly reliable & responsive: many opportunities are time sensitive and the candidate should be able to reason through problems and make decisions within 24 hours of strategic decisions being proposed. šA good communicator: maintain consistent and concise communication with Omniās directors and partners to ensure proper, and timely operations of the organization šOperationally excellent/ well organized: Ensure operational activities remain on time and quality šAn owner: Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
