Job Summary
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
đź“ŤDraft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, including technology agreements, consulting agreements, finance agreements and other business and legal arrangements. đź“ŤAdvise stakeholders of potential risks in contractual areas and propose risk mitigation strategies. đź“ŤReview existing policies and procedures of IMC, identify areas for continuous improvement; formulate and draft policies and procedures, as required. đź“ŤDemonstrate a willingness to support other general in-house legal matters, such as corporate governance, privacy, and employment law, as needed.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
📍Bachelor’s (LL.B) or (preferred) Master’s (LL.M) degree in Private Law from a recognized and accredited law school 📍5 years law firm experience or prior in-house experience in the financial services industry is preferred. 📍Apply legal concepts to problem-solve in a nimble and pragmatic manner. 📍Detail-oriented, commercial, and hands-on approach to both legal and business issues. 📍Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 📍Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 📍High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
