Responsibilities:

📍Configure, image, and customize POS and credit card equipment. Program, test, package, and ship POS equipment, peripherals, and supplies. 📍Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy. 📍Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 📍Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions and procedures. 📍Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on company operations. 📍Handling and packaging gift cards. 📍Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

📍High School diploma or GED required; relevant certifications (A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft) are beneficial. 📍Ability to frequently lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 30 lbs, and on occasion up to 50 lbs. 📍Credit card industry experience (acquiring or issuing) preferred. 📍Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, Windows applications, and email. 📍Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 📍Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure. 📍Capable of handling shipments, wrapping pallets, and operating hand trucks or pallet jacks.
