You Will

📍Serve as the primary strategic finance partner to the heads of Bitcoin 📍Product and Bitcoin Engineering, building strong relationships and providing sophisticated analysis to drive informed decision-making 📍Build and maintain forecast models, including owning models for your covered products; lead monthly reviews with senior stakeholders. 📍Build models, including impact and scenario analyses for product changes, to understand short and long-term cost/benefit tradeoffs and size financial impact of contemplated launches or product changes 📍Assist in preparation of materials for product business partners, Bitcoin/stablecoin leadership, investor relations, and our board to help drive understanding of performance to internal and external stakeholders 📍Support go-to-market strategy through pricing analysis, incentive modeling, and adoption target setting. 📍Manage ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requested by the Bitcoin team and Finance partners related to our performance/metrics, P&L analysis, among other topics

You Have

📍5+years of relevant finance experience, including at least 2 years in investment banking or private equity and 2 years in a strategic finance function. Prior crypto or fintech experience is preferred 📍Excellent problem solving skills and a track record of delivering results on corporate-wide initiatives 📍The ability to distill complex information into clear problem statements that can be systematically analyzed and communicated; frames both approaches and solutions in a way that is actionable for all audiences 📍Comfort working with metrics, building new KPIs and navigating large data sets to find answers to complex problems 📍Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in Bitcoin, stablecoins, and digital asset markets 📍Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, balancing precision with speed to execution
