In this role, you will:

📍Assisting senior management in understanding Pintu’s strategic objectives and setting up long-term company targets 📍Conduct feasibility studies and valuation analyses of businesses and projects, including prospective investments 📍Work closely with senior management in leading the end-to-end process of any fundraising activities and M&A/strategic investment initiatives in all execution aspects, including but not limited to building financial models, coordinating the due diligence process, devising deal structures, supporting legal documentation process, and other relevant work streams 📍Lead the financial planning and budgeting process as well as the company’s financial performance monitoring and reporting from time to time 📍Acting as project manager and collaborating with various stakeholders and divisions of the company to ensure strategic initiatives are fully implemented and executed 📍Managing Pintu’s investor relations function, including but not limited to providing regular board updates as well as investors’ inquiries from time to time

Who We Are Looking For

📍Degree in Business/Economics/Finance or related field 📍Approx. 6+ years of work experience in venture capital and/or corporate finance/strategy-type roles. 📍Experience in direct investments or mergers and acquisitions is highly preferred 📍Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills 📍Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills
