Key Responsibilities:

📍Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. 📍Lead and manage 4+ data teams. 📍Oversee data architecture, governance, security, and compliance to ensure data quality and regulatory adherence. 📍Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments. 📍Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses, and pipelines. 📍Implement machine learning and AI-driven solutions to enhance product feature and improve business performance. 📍Collaborate with executive leadership to define key metrics, analytics priorities, and reporting frameworks. 📍Identify opportunities to monetize data and generate business insights. 📍Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 📍8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech leadership role. 📍Strong knowledge of data engineering architecture, data modeling, data governance, and big data technologies. 📍Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). 📍Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
