You are addicted to crypto Twitter :) š3+ years of management experience šDemonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and work well with engineering teams. You are sufficiently curious and motivated to dig into the details of projects. šAnalytical mind and rigorous communication. You enjoy and are good at synthesizing complex information and conveying your learnings both in oral and written format šStrong product acumen, you have opinions about great products and can put yourself in the shoes of both a retail and B2B user in the staking space šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment šNative or perfectly fluent in English
