Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤCommercial & Contract Review: Play a key role in reviewing, redlining, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements. This includes, but isn't limited to, SaaS contracts, custodial services agreements, trading agreements, and NDAs. You'll gain extensive exposure to the legal intricacies of our business operations đź“ŤRegulatory Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on complex domestic and international regulatory issues affecting the intersection of financial services, technology, and cryptocurrency. Your work will directly support our team in navigating the evolving legal landscape. đź“ŤCorporate Governance Support: Assist with various corporate governance tasks, helping to maintain legal compliance and operational integrity.
Qualifications:
đź“ŤTechnology & Crypto Enthusiasm: A demonstrated passion or keen interest in technology law, financial services, and cryptocurrency is a significant advantage. đź“ŤFinancial Services Experience: Prior experience with a regulated financial services firm is a plus.
