Job Summary
Responsibilities
šStrategic Alignment šDrive Phantomās Business Partnership strategy across all teams, ensuring people initiatives directly support business priorities. šPartner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable talent strategies (org design, workforce planning, succession, and career pathways). šServe as the bridge between leadership and central People Programs, ensuring alignment and adoption of company-wide frameworks. šOrganizational Health & Design šProactively design and evolve team structures to support scaling while avoiding bottlenecks and silos. šAnticipate capability needs and advise on workforce planning across Phantom, with deep expertise in EPD teams. šPerformance & Growth šEmbed Phantomās performance frameworks company-wide; ensure clarity and consistency in calibration, promotions, and development conversations. šStrengthen Phantomās culture of feedback and continuous growth across diverse, global teams.
Qualifications
š8ā10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership, including direct business partnership at the senior level. šProven experience supporting engineering, product, or technical organizations in high-growth, global companies. šStrong track record in organizational design, performance management, and leadership enablement. šExcellent judgment in employee relations with the ability to navigate sensitive issues discreetly and effectively. šComfortable operating in a fast-paced, distributed, global environment. šExceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
