Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Drive and coordinate technical projects for our wallet infrastructure across different teams and disciplines 📍Design and specify wallet infrastructure solutions and improve existing systems 📍Collect, manage, and track requirements from relevant stakeholders, prioritize and deliver production-ready features with the support of an experienced engineering team 📍Write and maintain easy-to-understand technical (and client-facing) documentation and support demos, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external clients 📍Monitor product performance and gather input from stakeholders to help shape the product roadmap
Requirements
📍Excellent understanding of, and experience with, blockchain, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, and the "crypto space" at large 📍Experience in developing and delivering production-ready services 📍Ability to clearly communicate requirements to engineers for implementation 📍A passion for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends and best practices, especially in wallet technology 📍Security first mindset 📍The ability to work under tight deadlines with professionalism and integrity 📍Excellent English skills; German is a plus 📍A background in finance and/or IT, with a keen understanding of the ethical considerations in the financial sector 📍Eligibility to work in Switzerland
