Job Summary
Key Scope
šGo-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams. šMessaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market. Write compelling copy for blogs and social media posts. šCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events. šEcosystem Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and protocols, and execute successful co-marketing campaigns. šPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
Requirements
šProven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry. šStrong understanding of Staking and DeFi protocols. šA proven track record of writing excellent short- and long-form content. šDemonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success. šExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. šProven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results. šCreative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.
