Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
📍Assist in creating and refining sales presentations and product marketing decks to support the commercial and sales engineering teams. 📍Help maintain and organise key sales assets and enablement materials to ensure consistency and QA. 📍Coordinate logistics for marketing-led and sales-supported events (in-person and virtual), including research, delegate pass management, materials prep, and follow-up. 📍Support the creation, proofreading, and coordination of RFP and RFI responses, ensuring high-quality submissions following final input from technical teams. 📍Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Pre Sales Engineering to ensure alignment across product messaging and customer-facing materials. 📍Support ad-hoc research projects on industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to inform GTM activities.
Ideal candidate:
📍Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 📍Strong writing and communication skills with a good eye for detail. 📍Analytical with good initiative and highly motivated. 📍Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 📍Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. 📍Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 📍Interest or background in fintech, B2B software, or technology.
