What You'll Do:

📍As an entrepreneurial developer within our team, you will play an important role by taking innovative exploration projects from concept to completion. This is a highly diverse and hands-on role where you will: 📍Develop a deep understanding of the product to identify opportunities for innovation 📍Brainstorm ideas and develop a thesis 📍Conduct in-depth research and data analysis 📍Code across different technology stacks 📍Lead projects end-to-end, turning ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful results 📍Work with product managers and engineers and consult from knowledge and research work, acting as a matter expert

What You'll Bring:

📍We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for technology and innovation. To succeed in this role, you should bring: 📍5+ years hands-on software engineering and/or tech leadership (Backend required, Full-Stack preferred, Web3 highly preferred) 📍Proven ability to self-start, understand product/tech, and deliver end-to-end results (we will want to see examples) 📍Ability to learn new technologies deeply and quickly - no fear of unknown 📍Deep expertise and enthusiasm/passion for blockchain technologies 📍Excellent communication skills 📍Specific skills that are an advantage: smart contract coding, mathematics beyond basics, AI/llm, data analytics
