Job Summary
You will be:
📍Serving as a trusted partner to all ecosystem teams, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support 📍Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging with highly skilled engineering talent by leveraging diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Referrals, X/Twitter, etc.) 📍Building and managing a talent pipeline for smart contract engineers, Rust engineers, back end engineers, and more 📍Advising ecosystem teams on hiring best practices (i.e. creating interview processes, choosing an ATS, and setting a compensation strategy) 📍Promoting the Solana ecosystem as a top destination for innovative engineers, highlighting our mission, values, and growth opportunities 📍Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates, fostering lasting relationships with talented individuals 📍A self-starter, who is ready to hustle
You ideally have:
📍At least 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sectors. 📍Strong knowledge of engineering principles, tech stacks (i.e. Rust, Anchor, SVM), and blockchain fundamentals. 📍Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 📍Proven ability to source talent through creative and non-traditional methods. 📍Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. 📍Experience developing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of hiring. 📍Demonstration of strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
