Requirements:

📍Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to learn quickly. 📍Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. 📍Minimum 3+ years of experience working in product-based companies. 📍At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. 📍Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or GoLang. 📍Experience working with a variety of data stores (SQL, NoSQL) and queuing systems. 📍Deep knowledge of backend architecture, system design, distributed systems, and microservices development. 📍Familiarity with application logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus. 📍Ability to optimize and enhance backend system performance. 📍Strong computer science fundamentals and understanding of web development principles. 📍Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. 📍Passion for learning new technologies and delivering high-quality products.
