Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
šProject manage complex implementation engagements for enterprise accounts šOversee overall project plan and implementation with TaxBit SMEs and engineers šCapture and document clientsā business goals then translate the goals into technical requirements šWork with TaxBit SMEs and engineers to document clientsā data requirements and architecture to drive discussions with clients šEstablish, develop and own client relationships with business and IT stakeholders šHelp clients integrate with TaxBitās product suite šDebug and investigate complex issues independently and escalate as needed šLead customer launches and ensure post go-live success šContribute to a great team culture and working environment
Professional Qualifications
šBachelorās Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or similar š4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, accounting or related fields
