Cette acquisition porte le total des avoirs en bitcoin de Strategy à 597 235 BTC, achetés pour 42,4 milliards de dollars, soit un prix moyen de 70 982 dollars par unité. Au prix actuel du bitcoin d’environ 107 500 dollars, ce portefeuille vaut plus de 64 milliards de dollars.

La stratégie a financé l'acquisition.par le biais de ventes d’actions ordinaires d’une valeur de 519 millions de dollars, accompagnées d’environ 59 millions de dollars de ventes d’actions privilégiées STRK et STRF.
Les actions de MSTR ont augmenté de 3,6 % pour atteindre 397,49 dollars.
