Dr. Max Li is a professor, an experienced engineer, and inventor with over 200 patents. His background includes work on 4G LTE and 5G systems with Qualcomm Research and academic contributions to information theory, machine learning and blockchain technology. He authored the book Reinforcement Learning for Cyber-physical Systems published by Taylor & Francis CRC Press.
