Desenvolvedor do CryptoKitties, Dapper Labs, bloqueia projeto de token de usar o nome ' FLOW'
FLOW também é o nome do blockchain da Dapper Labs.

A Dapper Labs, desenvolvedora de jogos blockchain responsável pelos CryptoKitties, convenceu um tribunal federal a proibir um projeto de token de usar o nome "FLOW".

- O Tribunal Distrital dos EUA para o Distrito Sul de Nova Yorkordem arquivado na segunda-feira proíbe o Protocolo FLOW de usar a palavra "FLOW" em conexão com a venda e marketing de seu token nativo.
- A ordem inclui o uso do FLOW como símbolo de ação do token ou em seu nome de domínio <flowprotocol.io>, cuja autoridade é transferida para a Dapper Labs.
- FLOW também é o nome do blockchain lançado pela Dapper Labs em 2020.
- O tribunal já havia emitido uma ordem de restrição temporária restringindo o uso da palavra pelos réus, que expirou em 5 de março.
