Scroll confirma Mainnet ao vivo, enquanto cofundador prevê ganhos de velocidade em relação ao Ethereum

A Scroll, uma camada 2 do Ethereum, confirmou na terça-feira que sua rede principal foi lançada, juntando-se à competição entre “soluções de escalonamento” que visam trazer transações mais baratas e rápidas no maior blockchain de contratos inteligentes.
O blockchain faz uso da Tecnologia de conhecimento zero e é compatível com o Máquina Virtual Ethereum (EVM), tornando mais fácil para os desenvolvedores moverem seus aplicativos do Ethereum para o novo "zkEVM" rede. As equipes de desenvolvimento de blockchain da Polygon e da Matter Labs têm suas próprias ofertas de zkEVM, enquanto outras redes de camada 2, ARBITRUM e OP Mainnet da OP Labs, usam uma Tecnologia diferente conhecida como “optimistic rollups”.

O lançamento da rede ocorre quase sete meses após os concorrentesPolygon e Laboratórios de Matérialançaram seus próprios zkEVMs.
