Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. Currently, there are 400+ of us and we are constantly growing. Now in 2024 we have development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, Armenia and Poland. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManaging and keeping track of invoices. šPreparing and updating spreadsheets for office budget planning. šEnsuring the office is organized and fully stocked (our cleaner does a deep clean twice a week). šCoordinating with suppliers for office needs, including food, equipment, and stationery. šOrganizing shipments and receiving parcels (couriers, packages, etc.). šManaging corporate merchandise for welcome kits, assembling gifts, and sending them. šCommunicating with service providers (internet, electricity, water). šDecorating the office for holidays and special occasions. Organizing weekly Pizza Day every Friday. šSupporting the planning and execution of corporate events and team-building activities.
Requirements:
šFluency in Ukrainian and Polish is a must. šEnglish skills are sufficient for basic communication. šStrong organizational skills and proficiency with documents and spreadsheets. šPunctual, responsible, and detail-oriented. šExcellent communication skills and the ability to solve organizational tasks quickly.
