Job Summary

Your Core Responsibilities:

šŸ“Acting as host for both internal and external visitors, including preparing passes and coordinating with the reception desk šŸ“ Booking travel arrangements / itineraries šŸ“ Handling telephone and email traffic šŸ“Managing incoming and outgoing (express) mail/couriers šŸ“Being the contact person for several suppliers, including courier services šŸ“Organising and coordinating office training, events and meetings šŸ“Supporting the management team and other employees with various tasks and projects as required šŸ“Managing the stock of office supplies šŸ“Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms and keeping them tidy as well as the other office shared spaces šŸ“Acting as the main point of contact with the landlord, addressing facilities, and other office-related issues šŸ“Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing the above-mentioned responsibilities and promptly resolving any issues.

Your Skills and Experience:

šŸ“Experience in a client-facing role within an international corporate environment, particularly in industries such as finance or consulting (e.g., Corporate Receptionist or Office Assistant). šŸ“Fluent in English (speaking and writing) šŸ“Experience with Microsoft Office applications šŸ“Bachelor Degree is a plus, preferably in a relevant area of study
