Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šSupport the APAC category team in developing requirements and implementing formal evaluation processes to prioritize quality, cost, service, technology, and environmental considerations. šUtilize strategic sourcing methodologies in all sourcing initiatives, including benchmarking and gap analysis against world-class standards. šManage complex, cross-functional sourcing projects, applying milestone checks and steering team concepts to ensure deliverables are met. šTranslate business goals into sourcing strategies, policies, and supplier relationships, aligning business and sourcing perspectives to maximize impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
š10 years in Marketing Strategic Sourcing, Performance Marketing, or within a Marketing/Media Agency. šAt least 5 years leading the development and management of marketing category plans and sourcing strategies, or equivalent experience in an agency environment. šBachelorās degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. šProfessional accreditation in sourcing or procurement is a plus. šExtensive knowledge of Mainland Chinaās suppliers value chain, including SCRM platforms, KOL/Talent commercial arrangements, and media ecosystem relationships.
