Ang desisyon ni Nexo ay dumating pagkatapos ng nagpapahiram nagbayad ng $22.5 milyon na multa noong nakaraang buwan sa U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) para sa hindi pagrehistro ng pag-aalok at pagbebenta ng EIP.
